At THORENS, we are committed to your absolute satisfaction; if your premium fashion selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original THORENS packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
